Welcome to the styling services provided by Caroline Steinberg (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By booking a session, using this website, or purchasing any services or digital products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

I offer personalized men’s styling services, including virtual and in-person styling sessions, closet edits, personal shopping, curated lookbooks, and ongoing style guidance.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, arrive on time, communicate changes with 24+ hours’ notice, and prepare spaces for in-person sessions.

3. Payments & Billing
Sessions must be paid in full at booking. Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals are non-refundable. Once styling deliverables are sent, no refunds are offered.

5. Deliverables

Deliverables may include personalized shopping links, outfits, lookbooks, tailoring notes, and color palettes. These are for personal use only.

6. No Guarantee of Results
I cannot guarantee that all recommendations will fit, remain in stock, or match retailer pricing.

7. Third-Party Links
I am not responsible for third-party retailer policies, pricing, shipping, or returns. Affiliate links may be

used.

8. Intellectual Property
All styling materials are the intellectual property of Caroline Steinberg.

9. Privacy
Personal information is used only to deliver services and is never sold.

10. Limitation of Liability
Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.

11. Rescheduling & Time Boundaries
Sessions may be rescheduled once with sufficient notice. Packages must be used within 12 months.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by New York State law.

The current version will always be available on the website.
